Responsibilities

  • Oversee machinery equipment territory for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage P&L and personnel responsibilities within the territory.
  • Formulate business plans and programs to drive sales and operational success.
  • Manage budgets and identify business and employee needs.
  • Evaluate statistical reports to assess performance and make necessary recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or ten years related experience including five years of supervisory or management experience and five years progressive sales experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of the machinery industry.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Leadership skills for managing staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
