Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to manage our Sales team for our Pennsylvania division based at our division office in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for coaching and training a sales team to achieve sales and revenue goals, providing customer-facing communications, implementing policies and programs, while promoting a culture of sales excellence. This role involves significant interaction with both the sales team and customers, ensuring that the sales process is smooth and effective. The Area Sales Manager will also be involved in strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives, working closely with marketing to drive traffic to communities and optimize sales results. In this position, the Area Sales Manager will support the sales strategy by coaching community Sales Consultants on the design and implementation of local engagement plans to generate qualified traffic to their communities. This includes Realtor outreach, managing prospects, referrals, and Quick Delivery Homes (QDHs). The Area Sales Manager will identify community sales challenges and collaborate with Sales and Project Management to resolve these issues. Additionally, they will serve as the voice of sales and customers to division management, providing insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis and customer feedback. The role also encompasses people and talent management, where the Area Sales Manager will mentor, coach, inspire, and provide feedback to the sales team. They will identify performance gaps and training needs, develop performance and training plans, and play a key role in recruiting and hiring future sales team members. The Area Sales Manager will reinforce corporate expectations for performance, behaviors, and mindsets, ensuring that technology use and adoption are consistent across the team.
