In the role of Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and productivity of your assigned sales team in the Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, and Phoenix, AZ markets. This position requires close collaboration with the Regional Manager to develop effective sales strategies and goals. You will also coordinate local sales efforts with corporate sales initiatives, ensuring alignment and maximizing effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include leading the sales functions of the assigned region, monitoring team productivity against company goals, driving the team to achieve sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, and providing performance reports to the management team. Additionally, you will mentor and develop associates with new sales techniques, ensuring that the team is equipped to meet the challenges of the market. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of success and accountability within the sales team, and you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of PTSolutions.
