Xclusive Homes LLC is seeking an ambitious and goal-driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Naples, FL. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and enhancing the performance of our sales team within the real estate sector. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster team growth, ensuring that our sales team is equipped to meet and exceed their targets. You will oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain smooth operations and data accuracy, which is essential for effective sales management. In this position, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and expanding the team. Utilizing our five communication channels, you will actively recruit and retain talented real estate agents, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing agents and customers. Your role will involve not only recruitment and retention but also the continuous development of relationships with important clients to ensure ongoing business growth. The Area Sales Manager will be expected to increase new business and accelerate revenue generation through various methods, including cold calling, on-site visits, and engaging with the local community network. You will study and research local market trends and competitor activities to identify potential leads, and you will motivate your sales team to meet or exceed established sales and profit margin targets. Evaluating property performance in your area and creating regional sales plans aligned with brand objectives will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in interviewing and hiring new talent, ensuring they align with our projected commission plans.
