Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee our Sales teams in the Charleston and Hilton Head divisions of South Carolina. This role is pivotal in coaching and training a sales team to achieve sales and revenue goals while providing customer-facing communications and implementing policies and programs that promote a culture of sales excellence. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing local engagement plans to generate qualified traffic to communities, collaborating with Marketing for effective execution, and addressing community sales challenges in partnership with Sales and Project Management. In this position, the Area Sales Manager will serve as the voice of sales and customers to division management, perform competitive analysis, and provide recommendations to optimize sales results. The role also involves advising on divisional sales and marketing plans, championing compensation initiatives, and supporting the Online Sales program to enhance partnerships among team members. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will mentor and coach the sales team, identify and recruit future sales members, and build relationships with external Sales Professionals for future staffing needs. Governance and adoption of corporate expectations for performance, behaviors, and technology use are also key responsibilities.
