About the position

As the Area Sales Manager at Logik, you will lead revenue growth across multiple hotel properties, crafting and executing impactful sales strategies while building strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in expanding market presence and ensuring the success of each property under your management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive sales strategies to boost revenue across assigned hotels.
  • Analyze local market data to uncover trends and understand competitor actions.
  • Build a network of corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate contracts and group bookings.
  • Report performance metrics and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and department heads to ensure sales initiatives are executed effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the hotel, hospitality, or travel industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful sales plans.
