The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction, while also focusing on maximizing revenue and profitability. This role requires a strategic mindset, as the candidate will be expected to analyze market trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience and drive performance. In addition to operational responsibilities, the candidate will collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies that align with Highgate's goals. This includes participating in planning and development initiatives, as well as contributing to the recapitalization or disposition of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Responsibilities
