About the position

As an Area Sales Manager at Check Point Software Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in leading an enterprise sales team to achieve assigned sales quotas and goals. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to foster relationships with partners located within a defined geographic territory. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by enhancing Check Point's presence in the market through direct engagement with partners, resellers, large accounts, and technology consultants. Your leadership will be crucial in developing the sales channel, improving the performance of current distributors and value-added resellers (VARs), and expanding market coverage by onboarding additional partners. In this role, you will also ensure that Check Point is actively represented at trade shows and seminars organized by the company. Your efforts will contribute to increasing brand awareness and establishing Check Point as a leader in the cybersecurity space. You will be expected to leverage your extensive experience in enterprise sales to not only meet but exceed sales targets, thereby driving the overall success of the sales team and the company as a whole. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct-line management experience preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.
