Geobear is seeking a qualified Area Sales Manager with a strong background in home foundation repair, geopolymer injection, and geotechnical engineering. This role is pivotal in serving homeowners in Orange County and the surrounding areas, covering all of Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of performance with inbound, qualified leads and will also be comfortable hunting for new business within their territory. Familiarity with Salesforce.com is essential, along with experience in a sales-related role that includes CRM usage, meeting performance targets, logging activities, maintaining customer records, and handling quotes. Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop sales strategies to achieve targets in the Southern California region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residential homeowners and businesses.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance sales training and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the residential home sector or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in construction, engineering, foundation, or geopolymer sectors.
  • Proven knowledge of ground engineering, settlement, or subsidence solutions for residential markets.
  • Strong understanding of soil mechanics or geotechnics.
  • Experience in a sales-related role, including CRM usage and meeting performance targets.
  • Exceptional time management skills and a commitment to customer experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with commercial foundation work.
  • Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles.
