The Area Sales Manager will lead sales efforts across designated territories, focusing on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within assigned department.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

  • Utilize software tools for tracking sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or management within a relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales dynamics and technical sales processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for engaging with diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with software tools used for sales tracking and reporting is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
