As an Area Sales Manager at IWG, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find the perfect workspace solutions that meet their unique needs. This position is pivotal in maximizing revenue within your designated area by leading initiatives to attract new clients and boost sales figures. You will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to your area, overseeing the entire sales cycle from identifying potential opportunities to successfully closing deals. This includes generating leads through proactive sales efforts, executing promotional activities, and networking events designed to enhance visibility and attract new business. Building and nurturing relationships with potential business clients and brokers will be essential, as you will be selling our added-value services and products to meet their needs. Your goal will be to maximize sales performance in your area while ensuring that critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not only met but exceeded. The ideal candidate for this role is a natural networker with a passion for consultative selling. You should possess strong relationship management skills, enabling you to generate and cultivate long-term client partnerships. Excellent communication skills in fluent English are essential, as is a practical, solution-oriented approach to selling. You will be expected to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a culture of success and achievement.
