About the position

As an Area Sales Manager at First American Home Warranty, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships within your designated marketing area. Building and maintaining customer relationships will be key, as you will work on a consistent marketing plan and communicate your activities with your Regional Manager to strategize business growth. Responsibilities

  • Attend real estate industry functions and community events to promote products.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through a consistent marketing plan.
  • Utilize social media and marketing platforms to enhance visibility and sales.
  • Communicate activities and create strategic plans for business growth with the Regional Manager.
  • Continuously gain product knowledge and improve selling skills.

Requirements

  • 2 years of recent and continuous outside sales experience.
  • Driven by earning potential in an uncapped commission environment.
  • A strong history of award-winning sales success.
  • Uncompromising integrity and passion for customer experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
