As an Area Sales Manager at Western Funding Inc., you will play a crucial role in representing the company to our primary customers—our dealers. This position is designed to enhance the number of funded deals by establishing partnerships with dealers that align with our business model. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and manage dealer relationships within your designated region, utilizing a consultative sales approach to foster growth. In this full-time position, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Managers and will be expected to work remotely and travel extensively, up to 75% of the time, to meet with dealers. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, where you will present and communicate our products and services to various levels of management within both independent and franchise dealerships. You will also be responsible for identifying sales prospects, following up on leads, and maintaining effective communication with dealer partners regarding current programs.
