The Area Sales Representative role is focused on building and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the Dayton or Cincinnati area. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day sales activities
- Establish and develop relationships with new business prospects
- Maintain customer database
- Develop and maintain organized files
- Complete outbound cold calls
- Drive progress towards successful sales
- Develop customer proposals and quotes
- Negotiate and close sales
- Attend tradeshows and industry events
Requirements
- 1+ years of consultative sales experience required
- Results-oriented with strong motivation and desire to excel required
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be willing to travel up to 60% locally in your designated territory
