About The Position
The Area Sales Trainer - West for Abbott Neuromodulation is responsible for developing and implementing training programs and educational tools to support U.S. Customer Service, Field Personnel, and customers. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with corporate policies while enhancing the understanding of processes and customer experience excellence among trainees. The trainer will assess new hires' strengths and weaknesses in clinical, procedural, and business acumen, particularly in the chronic pain management industry.
