Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a funeral and cemetery sales role, with at least 5 years in regional or multi-location leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of professional selling strategies and employee motivational techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of the Florida market and demographics served.
