About the position
Entelligence is seeking an Arista Network Architect to support Arista clients. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with representatives from Entelligence, Arista, and the end-user. The Architect will function as the Arista products Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will interact directly with the customer's personnel. The Architect will serve as the technical expert on executive-level project teams within the customer providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. The Resident Engineer contributes to the development of new principles and concepts, works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.
Responsibilities
- Drive projects alongside our SMEs to solve complex problems for our most strategic customers
- Take responsibility for the delivery of projects within the constraints of schedule, scope, features/functionality, and budget
- Monitor and report on all aspects of your projects including progress, project profitability, forecasted hours, risks, communications and customer concerns
- Work with the Resource Managers to ensure that your projects have the best people with the right skills and at the right time
- Contribute to and lead the development and maintenance of PMO standards, processes, and practices
Requirements
- Extensive experience with; EVPN, BGP, Documentation, Arista experience is ideal
- Routing & Switching Experience in a data center environment
- Ability to implement Best Practices with Enterprise Customer
- Experience in customer facing, problem solving positions
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Arista Certifications are Ideal
- Able to work onsite in Austin, TX
