The Business Development Manager - Insurance Solutions will lead the sales strategy for the Arity Insurance Solutions product segment. This role involves creating and executing both short and long-term sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of transportation across multiple industries and will think outside the box to help our partners solve their toughest transportation problems. Responsibilities include identifying and leveraging subject matter experts within Arity for sales discussions, representing Arity at industry conferences and events, and advancing sales discussions within target markets on Arity's insurance products. Additionally, the role requires identifying new markets or customers within the product vertical and training and supporting other Arity teams on product segment messaging. The candidate will also contribute feedback and direction on sales messaging to product marketing and gain a thorough understanding of Arity, its products, and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and leveraging subject matter experts within Arity for sales discussions
  • Representing Arity at industry conferences and events
  • Beginning and advancing sales discussions within target markets on Arity's insurance products
  • Identifying new markets or customers within product vertical
  • Training and supporting other Arity teams on product segment messaging
  • Contributing feedback and direction on sales messaging to product marketing
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of Arity, its products and strategy

Requirements

  • Comfortable selling into the insurance vertical
  • Larger Enterprise Complex Sales Experience
  • Understands Data and Analytics Sales

Nice-to-haves

  • 10 years or more of experience
  • 4 year Bachelor Degree
