As an Armed Driver Guard at Loomis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, and valuables. This position requires you to work closely with your team to drive automatic armored vehicles and other vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations. You will be responsible for servicing ATMs and Smart Safes, delivering customer change orders, and picking up deposits. Additionally, you will load and unload vehicle cargo, which may include multiple bags and boxes of coins, and you will be required to count items, record, and sign for cargo items. Other duties may be assigned by management as needed. The job is full-time, with an average of 40 to 50 hours per week, typically requiring a minimum of 5 days of work during a 6-day period. There may be occasional weekend work. Most of your work will be performed in an air-conditioned vehicle, ensuring a comfortable working environment. The position also requires successful completion of a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE), which includes various physical tests to ensure you can meet the demands of the job.
