Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
• Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV systems and other monitoring equipment.
• Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques.
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety and security.
• Maintain proficiency in the use of firearms and other security equipment as required.
