About the position

The Armed Security Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and management of security officers to ensure the safety and protection of clients' people and assets. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications, along with a commitment to providing on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train and schedule security officers.
• Manage and schedule security officers for operational support.
• Organize and communicate workload to security officers and supervisors.
• Respond to call-offs and ensure adequate staffing for all assigned posts.
• Document incidents thoroughly and maintain good organizational skills.

Requirements

• At least two years of scheduling, supervising, and/or management experience in the security industry or a comparable field.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
