Responsibilities

• Provide a visible armed security presence to deter potential risks.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
• Conduct access control, including bag checks and monitoring restricted areas.
• Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies with calm professionalism and proper protocols.
• De-escalate conflicts and provide excellent customer service in sensitive situations.
• Collaborate with venue staff to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Texas Level 3 (Armed Security) license.
• Demonstrate knowledge of state and venue-specific protocols.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
