Requirements

• Must already have or be eligible/willing to obtain a WA State Armed Security License within 90 days
• Must already have or be eligible/willing to obtain a WA Concealed Carry Permit
• Must have an acceptable driving record
• Must have 2 years of prior Security, Law Enforcement, Corrections, Fire, EMS, or a relevant college degree in the field to be eligible
• Must pass a background certification
• Genuine desire and interest in the security industry
• Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain others
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills to include Word and Outlook
• Great communication/writing skills
• Must be able to meet state licensing requirements
• Flexible working schedule to include weekends
• 21 years of age and older
• Valid State Drivers License
• Pass pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Maintain all Licenses, Certifications, and Equipment
• Carry a Firearm when on shift after training and Certification
• Maintain site security and watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
• Create and issue Employee and Guest Badges
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist first responders when appropriate
• Additional duties as assigned
