About the position

The ARMHS Program Coordinator at BrightStep Wellness Center is a full-time role focused on leading a team to provide exceptional mental health services. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily program operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies to address immediate client concerns effectively.
  • Utilize psychopharmacology knowledge to support clients in medication management.
  • Oversee data collection processes to monitor program effectiveness and client progress.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery for individuals with disabilities.
  • Engage in research activities to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and addiction counseling.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and program outcomes.
  • Schedule and complete intakes.

Requirements

  • A degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in behavioral health settings with knowledge of addiction counseling is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in crisis intervention and applied behavior analysis are essential.
  • Familiarity with psychopharmacology principles is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
