• Facilitate enterprise data sharing and establish data standards for marketing analytics integration.
• Develop standardized data file formats for advertising and social media extracts.
• Facilitate analytics from GoArmy.com, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Facilitate social media analytics using tools like Digimine.

Requirements

• Master's degree with a minimum of five years managing large, complex projects, or a bachelor's degree with ten years of experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and talent management life cycle areas.
• Knowledge of Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, and workforce development.
• Experience in data science, analysis, and reporting.
• Secret Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
