About the position

The Army CLPM Database Manager is responsible for maintaining the Army CLPM Database (ACD) and overseeing day-to-day operations associated with the Joint Capability Development (JCD). This role involves conducting process improvements through data analysis, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing training to personnel. The position requires a strong background in Army Military Intelligence and the ability to collaborate with various military and intelligence community members.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Army CLPM Database (ACD) and manage day-to-day operations associated with the JCD.
  • Respond to Requests for Information from DA G-2.
  • Coordinate with all COMPOS, ACOMS, ASCC, and MSCs to ensure accurate record keeping in the JCD.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, working aids, and training modules for the JCD and associated language databases.
  • Provide ACD training to new and existing CLPMs Army-wide.
  • Liaise with the Air Force JCD Development Team, DA G-2, and INSCOM TRL Division Chief on JCD matters.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Command-level or INSCOM Major Subordinate Command CLPM, either as a civilian or through military duty.
  • Graduate of ATRRS Class designator 00ZZ, Command Language Program Manager 40-hour School taught at Monterey, California.
  • Knowledge of Joint or Army CLPM Databases.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
  • Ability to communicate understanding from complex and technically advanced information.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Ability to collaborate with other IC members on information sharing and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop concise and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
