About the position

The Army Robotics Communications Integrator / Engineer at MAXISIQ will support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) by providing wired and wireless network recommendations to ensure connectivity for Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) prototypes in challenging tactical RF environments. This full-time role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to resolve network incidents and enhance telecommunications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with users and sites to resolve network or system incidents.
• Translating business requirements into telecommunications requirements, designs, and orders.
• Performing engineering analysis of telecommunications alternatives for modernization efforts.
• Assisting telecommunications end users and operations personnel with network interfaces.
• Coordinating communications and networking requirements with the Network Working Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology with a network engineering focus.
• Active Secret clearance.
• 6 years of experience in a relevant field, including military experience.
• 6 years of progressively complex experience in a concurrent engineering environment.
• 5 years of direct experience with Army network development.
• 2 years of experience managing network development teams.
• 2 years in cyber or C4ISR systems.

• Ability to author point papers and policy documents for executive approval.
• Ability to brief and advise senior officers including flag and SES levels.
• Excellent communication skills for multi-functional team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
• Ability to visualize solutions to problems.
• Experience with network infrastructure devices and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation.
• Experience with network security, LAN, and WAN.
