Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a C2 Prototype Integrator to support the Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office. The RCCTO is currently engaged in the development of two complex HMIF formations: one integrated formation for an Armor Brigade Combat Team (BCT) and another for an Infantry BCT, with a timeline of 27 months. The C2 Prototype Integrator will play a crucial role in providing mounted mission command integration technical support to the Program Office. This position involves advising the responsible formation Integrator and Lead Systems Engineer (SE) on the selection and management of the optimal mix of tools necessary to rapidly address the command and control (C2) needs, including interfaces and network requirements for the HMIF formations. The C2 Integration - Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses and providing recommendations for the integration of tactical mission command and C2 systems and software, including JBC-P, NettWarior, TAK, and AFATDS. This role requires the individual to support their recommendations with detailed analysis reports and engineering System View documents. The C2 Prototype Integrator will also be expected to present and defend their recommendations to the HMID Chief Engineer and the Systems Engineering team. Participation in all Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, sub-system Design Reviews, and other Systems Engineering meetings as directed is essential. Additionally, maintaining routine engagements with relevant Army C2 Program Managers and their associated product developments and schedules is a key responsibility. The position may require deployment within the Continental United States (CONUS) to various test sites to capture relevant system performance. The C2 Prototype Integrator will compile, document, and present network performance data at the conclusion of test events and support test event Technical Exchange Working Groups (TEWG) and TIGR teams to identify and resolve network performance issues.
