About the position

Amazon's Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a talented and passionate Art Director to create bespoke campaigns focused on Telecommunication and Entertainment clients in the US. You'll partner with creative directors, copywriters, designers, solutions managers, and producers to create first-class customer experiences, both on and offline, by innovating with the Amazon canvas (FireTV, Alexa, Twitch, Prime Video, etc.). You'll lead projects and own client relationships, focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while pushing the creative envelope from brief to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver bold, insightful, and data-driven ideas that transform needs and constraints into customer-centric brand campaign strategies and solutions.
  • Excel in both concept development and execution, effectively articulating end-to-end experiences and translating that vision into high-quality deliverables.
  • Create user interface designs for voice and screen, develop interaction models, build prototypes, produce video content, and craft interactive advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage data and insights to shape campaign strategies and concepts, design experiences, and create templates for innovative brand campaigns.
  • Deliver top-tier designs and exceptional art direction for campaigns across various Amazon touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of art direction, design, and communications experience at advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments.
  • Must have an online portfolio URL in your resume, demonstrating art direction, design, and conceptual thinking skillsets.
  • Must be data-driven and obsessed with the measurable impact of campaigns.
  • Must have excellent presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability.
  • Must have strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing.
