About the position

The Art Director - Content Creation role at Eliassen Group is designed for an experienced professional who will be responsible for bringing the brand to life through various communication channels and audiences. This position requires a blend of creative skills in digital content creation, social media management, and graphic design, aimed at enhancing the company's presence and engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for various content types across multiple channels.
  • Create and manage digital content for social media platforms.
  • Write scripts, shoot videos, edit content, and produce photography and motion design.
  • Design graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand strategy.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a social media user and observer.
  • At least 2 years of digital content creation for social media.
  • At least 2 years of experience writing scripts, shooting video, editing, photography, motion design, and graphic design for social media.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • At least 2 years of experience with GSuite such as GMail, Sheets, Slides or Docs.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of experience delivering and executing social media campaigns.
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following marketing areas: B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response Marketing.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
