The Art Director - Digital CX Marketing position at a leading audiobook company involves designing interactive digital customer journey experiences and scaling designs for global markets. The Art Director will leverage their expertise in design systems to address complex business challenges and create designs that are adaptable across various platforms, including web, app, and email, while also catering to global audiences. In this role, the Art Director will advocate for innovative and culturally relevant creative solutions. Collaboration is key, as the individual will work closely with creative and marketing partners, guiding designers to develop ideas and experiences that effectively communicate the essence of the company's product. The Art Director will utilize human insights and data to inform their designs, pushing the boundaries of traditional approaches to various channels and touchpoints. The goal is to portray the brand and its experience through compelling visuals that engage and excite customers across all platforms. The position is a 6-month assignment, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a hybrid work model that includes onsite work 1-2 days a week in Newark, NJ.
