About the position

The Art Director, Digital Performance Creative (Multicultural) at Dentsu is responsible for leading the creative direction for digital marketing campaigns targeting the Hispanic market. This role involves hands-on design work and concepting for various digital deliverables, including social media assets, online videos, and display advertising. The position requires a deep understanding of cultural nuances and regionalisms within Hispanic culture, as well as expertise in digital media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the art direction for digital marketing campaigns targeting the Hispanic market.
  • Concept and design digital deliverables including display ads, paid social assets, and online videos.
  • Collaborate with a Sr Copywriter to create compelling multicultural content.
  • Understand and apply cultural nuances and regionalisms in advertising for the Hispanic audience.
  • Utilize digital media channels effectively, including social media, website/UX, and SEO-centric video.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in art direction or graphic design in advertising or content marketing.
  • Proven experience in creating omni-channel social media campaigns (both organic and paid).
  • Hands-on design experience with paid social assets, banner ads, and digital online videos.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in multicultural advertising and design.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Figma and Adobe After Effects.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for digital content.
