About the position

Dentsu Creative US is seeking an Art Director to join their Digital Performance Creative team. This role focuses on creating performance-driven creative solutions across various digital media channels, including social media, websites, and SEO-centric video. The Art Director will be responsible for hands-on design work and concepting for a range of digital deliverables, contributing to the growth and impact of notable brands.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and create performance-driven creative for digital media channels.
  • Design and direct art for paid social assets, banner ads, and online videos.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Performance Creative team to develop omni-channel social media campaigns.
  • Produce digital display and out-of-home (OOH) advertising materials.
  • Maintain a diverse portfolio of work showcasing expertise in digital design.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in art direction or graphic design in advertising or content marketing.
  • Experience building creative for omni-channel social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
  • Hands-on design experience with paid social assets, banner ads, and digital online videos.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
