About the position

The Art Director for Home at Ralph Lauren will be a key member of the creative team, responsible for developing and executing compelling marketing and advertising campaigns for Ralph Lauren Home. This role involves collaboration with various departments to create brand content that aligns with the Ralph Lauren identity across multiple platforms, including digital and print. The Art Director will lead photo and video productions, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with the brand's aesthetic and values.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with VP brand creative, project managers, and other cross-functional departments to create a range of brand content and campaign deliverables.
  • Lead the development and delivery of 360 content campaigns across multiple touch points.
  • Refine concept presentation documents, including photo and video direction, graphic design, and third-party creative collaboration.
  • Lead high volume photo and video productions, interacting with internal and external partners with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage on-set production and follow through with content post-production across dynamic deliverables.
  • Oversee retouching to ensure high standards and taste levels are met.
  • Ensure all projects are completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Develop a consistent visual voice across all materials.
  • Conduct strong photo research and editing using internal archives and outside resources.

Requirements

  • Professional art direction experience, preferably in luxury Home advertising.
  • Experience in fashion is a plus.
  • Deep experience commissioning and working with photography from concept to execution.
  • Strong interest in the Home décor industry with a sophisticated grasp of home style elements.
  • Competence in video production, including developing treatments and collaborating with directors and editors.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote; working knowledge of Capture One and some experience with Ai, Premiere, and After Effects.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of typography.
  • Significant experience guiding post-production flow with retouching teams.

  • Knowledge of current design applications beyond those specified.
