About the position
The Art Director will assist the agency's team in bringing clients' stories to life through digital and traditional design. This role is primarily remote but requires the candidate to be based in Colorado for occasional in-person meetings. The position is project-based, starting with up to 30 hours of work, with the potential for extension and conversion to a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team with immediate design projects.
- Create production-ready files for various design needs.
- Collaborate with team members to develop compelling designs that tell a story.
- Utilize digital and traditional design techniques to meet client needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and branding work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or XD.
- Experience in creating production-ready files.
- Passion for storytelling and strategy in design.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro.
