About the position

The Art Director for Prime Video Global Brand Strategy & Governance will be responsible for enhancing the visual expression and governance of the Prime Video brand. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to create impactful designs that align with brand strategy, ensuring a strong customer relationship with the Prime Video service.

Responsibilities

  • Design brand templates, guidelines, and visual expression systems for the Prime Video brand.
  • Partner with copywriters, designers, producers, and strategists to create customer-focused solutions that meet brand objectives.
  • Independently lead creative development and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners.
  • Understand customer needs and create innovative work that delivers results.
  • Present ideas and concepts to internal teams, partners, and agencies.
  • Maintain brand governance by interpreting guidelines and addressing the needs of partner teams, including international.
  • Ideate for various marketing touchpoints including AV, print, digital, out-of-home, experiential, and social marketing.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of creative (Art Direction) experience at advertising agencies and/or as an in-house creative.
  • Online creative portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, art direction, and design skills.
  • In-depth understanding of industry design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, InVision) and basic understanding of UX design.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability.
  • Strong organization, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task.
  • Ability to work efficiently with global stakeholders and team members.
  • Proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and willingness to achieve goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong foundation in brand marketing and experience in developing creative for large global brands.
  • Prior experience working in brand strategy within the entertainment industry.
  • Experience working and earning trust in a matrixed, global organization.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
