Crocs, Inc. is hiring an Art Director, Retail & Experiential Design to join the Marketing team under our Global Creative Studio. This position is responsible for developing and implementing product stories in key retailers and Crocs brand stores globally. The role focuses on enhancing the consumer experience, promoting brand cohesion, and improving operational efficiency by providing clear strategic direction and collaborating effectively with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising partners worldwide. This position reports to the Art Director, Global GTM within the Global Creative Studio team. The Art Director will establish global visual direction and create playbooks for different regions, as well as design and execute retail and external branded pop-ups. The role includes collaborating on the seasonal approach and appearance for Sales Meetings & Regional Engagements and developing evergreen guidelines to establish the look and feel for long-term projects.
