Responsibilities
- Concept and create innovative visual content across social platforms.
- Lead the development of high-quality, engaging content for special projects and campaigns.
- Work on various project types within social media, including short-form video and digital-first activations.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and other team members for cohesive creative solutions.
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into work.
- Present creative work confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Uphold brand style guidelines while creating unique content for social activations.
- Participate in brainstorms and contribute to team culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a creative or design-related field preferred.
- 4+ years of agency and/or in-house creative experience focusing on digital and social media projects.
- Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video production software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with multiple mediums for lo-fi content creation.
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Skills in XD/Figma, spatial design, illustration, and/or photo compositing.
