About the position
Robert Half is seeking a creative Art Director to join their in-house creative agency in Metro Atlanta. This role involves managing a small team of creatives while leading various design and creative initiatives. The Art Director will work on a diverse range of projects, including print marketing collateral, environmental design, and some digital design, all aimed at delivering superior work for clients. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be hands-on, ready to contribute actively to the team's efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small team of creatives and oversee design projects.
- Lead design and creative initiatives for various marketing materials.
- Develop print marketing collateral and environmental design.
- Contribute to digital design projects as needed.
- Present and pitch concepts to internal clients and external customers.
- Source vendors for project needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing a variety of imaginative work.
- Experience in retail, agency, or in-house corporate design preferred.
- Proficient in Macintosh platform (OSX) and industry-standard applications: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office, and Photoshop.
- Highly proficient in CS3 Design software and other applicable programs.
- Experience presenting and pitching concepts to clients.
