About the position

As the Art Director at Gravity Global, you will be instrumental in defining the visual direction of advertising campaigns. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to create compelling visuals that engage audiences across various media platforms, including digital, print, social media, TV, and outdoor. Your leadership will guide the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that all projects align with the brand's vision and strategy while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative concepts and visuals for advertising campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social, TV, out-of-home).
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, UX/visual designers, and technologists to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Adapt creative ideas to different media formats, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine campaign elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, incorporating new techniques into campaign executions.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to elevate their work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in an art director or creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools, such as Figma and Sketch.
  • Proven experience creating successful campaigns across multiple media platforms (digital, social, print, video, etc.).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence in visual storytelling, concept development, and cross-channel campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and pitch creative ideas effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics, ensuring high-quality creative output.
  • Collaborative spirit and a hands-on approach with exceptional execution skills.
