About the position

The Artist/Photography colleague position is a part-time role for a Queer Male fine arts artist/photographer seeking a creative collaborator. The role emphasizes a strong artistic vision influenced by notable artists and requires a passion for working with bold, sexual themes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera and willing to explore new artistic directions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on artistic projects that explore nude and sexual themes.
• Participate in photography sessions, potentially in front of the camera.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual concepts to enhance the artistic vision.
• Maintain organization and manage project logistics.

Requirements

• Experience in photography or fine arts, particularly with a focus on bold themes.
• Familiarity with the works of Richter, Haring, Baldwin, and Mapplethorpe.
• Strong Mac skills and a solid creative viewpoint.
• Ability to showcase a portfolio of relevant work.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in modeling or willingness to be in front of the camera.
• A truck for transporting equipment.
