About the position

The Art Teacher position at Assurance Learning Academy is a full-time role focused on planning, organizing, and implementing personalized instructional programs for students in the arts. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement personalized instructional programs in the arts.
• Guide and support students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
• Collaborate with other instructional staff and school personnel.
• Support students in completing diploma requirements and transition plans.

Requirements

• Valid California Single Subject or Multiple Subject credential in area of specialization in Arts.
• Bachelor's degree with a major or minor in designated subject, including all courses needed to meet credential requirements.
• English Learner Authorization.
• Successful passing of the California Basic Skills Exam.
• Enrollment in a state-approved teacher preparation program and student teaching experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Email.
