Responsibilities

• Deliver joyful and memorable art and ceramic experiences to children.
• Develop robust lesson plans for art and pottery classes, camps, and workshops.
• Teach various art forms including painting, drawing, mixed media, hand building, and wheel throwing.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Small Hands Big Art, engaging with families and the community.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, including sweeping and mopping.
• Collaborate with team members to support and encourage each other in teaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art Education or related field.
• 1 year of teaching experience, particularly with children.
• Experience working with children in an art setting.

Nice-to-haves

• Valid Teaching Certification license.
• Valid CPR Certification certification.
• Experience in teaching adult classes and workshops.
