Stride K12, a leader in online education, is seeking a dedicated Art Teacher to join our team. This full-time position requires an Art Teaching Certification in the state of Missouri. The ideal candidate will create a positive and engaging learning environment, encouraging students to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills. As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for providing both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, ensuring that each student receives personalized feedback and instruction tailored to their individual needs. You will monitor student progress, apply data-driven strategies to enhance performance, and maintain a professional home office environment conducive to teaching. In this role, you will engage with students daily, providing targeted feedback and differentiating instruction based on their mastery levels. You will also be responsible for creating a welcoming classroom atmosphere, adhering to course management guidelines, and actively participating in curriculum development. Collaboration with other educators is essential, as you will attend monthly data analysis meetings to interpret student data and drive instructional decisions.
