About the position

Challenger School is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Art Teacher to join their Everest campus. The role focuses on teaching art to students, providing them with a solid foundation in art appreciation and creation. The teacher will be responsible for leading daily art classes and maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly learn Challenger's art curriculum, teaching methods, and philosophy
• Provide students with the foundation needed to appreciate art and understand how to create art on their own
• Lead daily Art classes
• Maintain a safe and productive class environment
• Work patiently with students and coworkers

Requirements

• Two years of college or equivalent experience in art, drawing, illustrating, design, or other relevant field
• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of pre-employment assessments
