BelovED Community Charter School is hiring an Art Teacher for our Elementary School beginning with the 2024-2025 school year. Responsibilities

• Commit to the school's values and mission, holding high expectations for each student and helping every student achieve their full potential.
• Take ownership of students' achievements and learning progress, actively developing solutions to problems and utilizing school resources.
• Plan and deliver vibrant and engaging lessons with measurable goals within the school's standards-aligned education program.
• Administer school-provided formative assessments regularly to target instruction to students' needs.
• Communicate and model behaviors that reflect the school's high expectations culture and caring climate, applying school and classroom rules consistently.
• Work collaboratively with special education and ELL staff to implement programs and comply with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a professional learning community.

Requirements

• Possess a NJ Department of Education CE, CEAS or Standard Art Teacher License.
• Candidates who do not possess the required NJDOE certification cannot be hired.
