About the position

The Sales Associate Driver position involves driving to customer locations to assist them with purchasing artificial grass products. The role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while promoting sales and maintaining a clean sales appearance.

Responsibilities

• Driving to customers (60-70 miles, one-way)
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience
• Operate cash and handle financial transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales appearance
• Utilize product knowledge to effectively promote sales and upsell when appropriate
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets
• Stay up to date on product information, promotions, and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in artificial grass sales, preferably outdoors
• Bilingual proficiency is an asset, especially in languages commonly spoken in the area
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent time management abilities to ensure productivity during scheduled meetings
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues promptly
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
• Experience with cash handling procedures and familiarity with POS systems
• Knowledge of artificial grass sales are advantageous but not required
