About the position

Core4ce is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer/Architect to support a Government Customer in Arlington, VA. The role involves analyzing software development and data acquisition requirements to determine optimal solutions, building AI models, and integrating them with existing data repositories to enhance decision-making processes for logisticians in near real-time.

Responsibilities

• Build AI models using machine learning algorithms and deep learning neural networks.
• Integrate AI/ML workflows with Cyber, Knowledge, and Information Management disciplines to support decision-making processes.
• Develop predictive models using large volumes of data and apply machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Construct data ingestion and transformation infrastructure to interface with data repository APIs.
• Collaborate with a hybrid team of analysts, engineers, and developers to research and deploy analytical capabilities.
• Work with data scientists, UX designers, cognitive scientists, developers, and testers to create scalable solutions.
• Optimize software designs and architectures to meet performance targets and capture performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years of experience, or a Master's Degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Significant experience in scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Proficient in big data programming languages, such as Python or Java.
• Experience in AI/ML model development, containerization, and productization.
• Knowledge Graph construction and reasoning experience, including property graph or RDF model frameworks.
• Experience with Elasticsearch and related indexing technologies.
• Research experience in Data Analytics or Big Data, particularly in military or intelligence community contexts.
• Experience with open source and publicly available information (PAI) data sources.
• Previous experience developing predictive algorithms.
• Experience supporting cyber security or network security operations.
• Familiarity with social network analysis, supply chain analysis, forensic accounting, natural language processing, and image processing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience blending analytical methodologies with existing COTS/GOTS/OS tools in unconventional manners.
