About the position

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer will support a government customer at MacDill AFB, FL, focusing on building advanced AI/ML models that integrate with existing architecture. The role involves delivering algorithms for predictive and prescriptive analytics, as well as developing a Decision Support Tool that utilizes AI/ML for enhanced decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Build AI models using machine learning algorithms and deep learning neural networks to integrate with Command Common Operating Picture data repository.
• Work with the Command Staff to ensure AI/ML workflows include Cyber, Knowledge and Information Management disciplines.
• Build predictive models using vast volumes of data and have in-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning algorithms, and frameworks.
• Build data ingestion and data transformation infrastructure to interface with the data repository application program interfaces (API).
• Build AI/ML models to enterprise standards for data sharing with joint enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a highly quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.).
• 8+ years of industry experience in predictive modeling, data science, and analysis.
• Knowledge of and experience working with LOGCOP.
• Active DOD Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
