Redhorse Corporation is actively seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enterprise Resource Manager/Acquisition Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the Algorithmic Warfare Cross Functional Team (AWCFT). This role is pivotal in enhancing budget management and technology investment management capabilities within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The primary focus is to support the DIE's objective of rapidly acquiring or developing computer vision algorithms that can automate various tasks, from concept initiation to specialized modification and deployment in operational theaters. The ideal candidate will be a high-performing individual eager to work at the forefront of AI and deep learning, making a transformational impact on the DIE. The AI Enterprise Resource Manager/Acquisition SME will operate within fast-paced, challenging, and multi-faceted projects that involve diverse teams with technical, financial, analytical, and managerial backgrounds. This position requires translating acquisition program requirements into accurately priced budget submissions to support U.S. Government Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and President's Budget (PB) decisions. The SME will review and edit justification statements for requests for multi-year and no-year appropriations, present budget estimates to program managers, and provide expert fiscal life-cycle advice to program and financial management officials. Additionally, the SME will develop and edit spend plans in consultation with program managers to align with program schedules and targets. They will recommend effective and efficient use of program funds, interpret fiscal laws and policies, and align program requirements with performance indicators to facilitate trade-off decisions. The role also involves analyzing the effectiveness of program operations, preparing and reviewing program documentation, anticipating financial issues, and analyzing new legislation to determine its impact on acquisition programs. The SME will perform other related tasks as requested or assigned.
